Pensacola Christian College did have a lot ofReligion/Religious
Pensacola Christian College did have a lot of restrictions on what I could and could not do in certain areas and I did not necessary like them, but they did not restrict everything about my life. In the end, I was the one who still had to make the choice to be obedient to those in authority, which is what the Bible commands us to do. I had placed myself there, and therefore must submit to their authority. This helped me even in a none religious job setting when I didn't like the rules my employers had for me. I must still be obedient and respect them. I also had many freedems at PCC, made many great friends, had a lot of fun, and God also used my time at a Christian college to help draw me closer to him. That has greatly helped me since I have been out of college. Of course since I've been out of college these past 6 years I have become much more humble than I was immediatly following graduation, but the Lord did teach me many great leasons through my teachers and friends at PCC. Keep in mind, even at PCC, college is not all about restrictions. I had a lot of very good times while at college and enjoyed all 4 years there. It all depends on your attitude not just with the college, but with God. If that is where God has put you, then you need to trust Him, that He is in control, even if you don't like everything about it. I knew that is where God had put me, and so I was willing to make the best of the situation. You have to be willing to go where ever the Lord leads and not have a murmuring/complaing heart.

Best advice...seriously pray and ask God for guidance as to where He wants you to go to college. Don't just look at the outside...there is no perfect college out there, so if your looking for one you can stop...your not going to find it. Somewhere everyone and everyplace is going to have something someone else disagrees with. God bless in your search!

While I do not regret attending PCC, please make sure you completely understand the accredidation issue before applying. This is especially important if you plan on sitting for the CPA or applying to grad school. If you're a current student, please coordinate with Mr. David Gregory in the Institutional Relations Department with PCC.
