Positive Negative Neutral Advice
I am a student here at PCC.AverageArt & Design Department
I am a student here at PCC. I would have to say first of all, If you don't like rules then don't come here. I have known a couple people who have been kicked out because they didn't follow the rules. There are not as many rules though, as people say. The demerit system is there to help us be disciplined and if you work with the system then you can get less than 15 demerits. One of my favorite things here on campus is the classes and faculty. PCC has a great art department. It is very challenging. During my freshman year, the art department taught me many good aspects of drawing. I did not know much about art before I came here and it has been a good experience. The faculty at PCC are great. Most of my teachers are available if I need them. The art teachers are always willing to help and teachers are usually around campus during the day so you can go to their office. I would definitely recommend this college to anyone who wants to do God's will and is willing to be a servant for Christ.

There is a huge Spiritual influence at PensacolaQuite BrightDesign Arts - Industrial Design/Graphic Design/etc
There is a huge Spiritual influence at Pensacola Christian College. The Faculty and Staff are there to help you, and they are very friendly and good leaders. There are a lot of strict rules, but one can live with them. If you follow the rules you will have a better time. The rules also can keep you out of trouble. My advice is if you go make yourself have a good time and stay close with God.

Question
If you are interested in serving the LordBrightNursing
If you are interested in serving the Lord in a safe environment, PCC is a wonderful opportunity. It is true that the rules can be hard to follow sometimes, but they (for the most part) are up front with the rules and you agree to them before you come. The rules are made to help keep a Christ centered life. They tell you that the rules are made to keep us as far away from sin as possible, but that we need to make our own convictions once we leave college. On a negative side, I will admitt that sometimes, PCC can be double minded and have double standards. Music is automatically the first things that comes to mind. Some music that they play at the Campus Church if you took it and put it on a CD, you could get in trouble for listening to it, and on the other side of the spectrum, if you listen to some music they would say passes but it is by a artist that they don't approve, just because of the artist it doesn't pass. Overall the college is a good place to get an education at a cheap price. They try to protect us by limiting certain things like the internet, and sometimes it can be frustrating because you can't get to good sites that most would say have nothing wrong but because there is even a questionable word in the search engines, they don't allow it.
