I went to a private high school.BrightNursing
I went to a private high school. I graduated from PCC with my BSN in 2003. The teachers are what stand out the most. The nursing instructors were always there for me. They cared about me as a person and as a student. They often asked about prayer requests or concerns. The education standards were excellent. PCC nursing students are hired by nearby hospitals before they even graduate! Yes, there are quite a few rules. so get over it. It's temporary. Before you go, familiarize yourself with their standards and just decide to go with it. If you can't put up with the rules, don't go. At the worst they build character. PCC is an excellent school, especially the nursing program- very challenging and respected.

Question
PCC is one of the most unique places.Education
PCC is one of the most unique places. I graduated from PCC because it was too late to go to another school after I started at PCC. Credits will NOT transfer! I received an e-mail from PCC asking to give a good review of the school. However, I cannot do that knowing what I do about the school. PCC is extremely legalistic. The school is the poorest representation of a Christlike attitude. It isn't the rules that cause most to dislike PCC. People dislike PCC because the authority is looking to catch you doing something wrong. I tried to follow the rules to the best of my ability, but PCC doesn't care. They only look for you to do something wrong and will not think twice about kicking you out. The education is helpful, but the experience is dreadful. PCC does not care about their students; they only care about their reputation. People with the most uncaring and ungodly character would inlcude: Mr. Potter and his wife (formerly Miss Dunlap), Mr. Bernie, Mr. Hedge, Miss Potter, Miss Simpson, and several of the floorleaders who get paid to catch you doing something wrong. That's right, they get paid to get you kicked out. Being away from the school for a little while and keeping in touch with friends still there has helped me to see the way they continually try to brainwash the students. You will receive decent education, but you can get a better one at many other schools. It is my advice that you stay away from PCC.

Question
College years are quick and exrememly valuable.Education
College years are quick and exrememly valuable. There is so much one can learn and so much one can do to have fun during these preparation years before starting a career. PCC made it easy for me to become involved in activities that did not hinder my time for studies nor cause regret later. It was a great place to make good Christian friends who support you through the college years and beyond.
