The longer I am away from PCC, theBrightNursing
The longer I am away from PCC, the more I realize I never want to go back! Although my major was decent, that is the exception to the rule. Lack of accreditation and inexperienced faculty are not the biggest problem though. Even worse is the condescending super-spiritual attitude of the administration and some faculty and staff. I am convinced they have become a new cult we will hear more about in future years. They would never admit it, but they do operate under the prinicple that the end justifies the means. What won't they tell you to start with - say hi to a guy in the wrong place, and you can't communicate or sit next to any guys for TWO WEEKS. Say Hi to when not on campus, and you get EXPELLED! Student leaders get goody two shoes points for "turning in" others for little things like going to McDonalds, because you only scanned off to Burger King - yes, policy for leaving campus is similar to a minimum security prison! And if you openly dare to question their reasons, the question whether Jesus actually saved you or not! I believe in God's will, but if you are considering this college, do your research carefully, because once you get into it, it is totally different than the picture they paint. Be very careful!

Question
What I learned at PCC was very helpfulBusiness - Management and Administration
What I learned at PCC was very helpful in not only getting previous positions, but in making them fruitful and allowing me to progress through the system.

What I learned has helped me greatly in starting, operating and increasing my business. It gave me the courage to be able to step out on my own and trust that God will help me apply the information I learned at PCC to grow my self, my family and my business.

Every college is not for every person. One must allow God to guide them. Don't let any little trial or testing throw you off the course that God has laid out for you. If there were nothing abrasive, how would we get pearls?

Please feel free to contact me if you want any advice about choosing PCC for your life.Robert Fulton

Question
I loved my years at Pensacola Christian College.Perfomance Arts
I loved my years at Pensacola Christian College. I grew at a person, student, and most importantly I grew in my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. I was given hands on opportunity to learn in my field and had teachers that cared for me and how I was doing. In fact, one of my teachers for my minor in music called and left messages on my phone to let me know that she was praying for me and to encourage me through out the year. I am truely blessed that the Lord guided me to PCC and believe that I was very well prepared for my job now as a teacher in a Christian school. Many people complain about the rules...but I am greatful for them. I prepared me for the work field. No job comes without some set of rules--there is always a dress code. I guess you just have to decided that the education you are recieving both for your future job and for your ministry to Christ are more important than the dress code. I am also thankful for the social rules that we had. I had friends who went to secular schools and came back with unwanted children or diseases that they could have avoided. I met my husband at PCC and we had a wonderful relationship as we dated and even more awsome marriage than I could ever have thought. Not all becuase of the rules of PCC, however I do think that had a major role in our lives. It's called accountablity. And I for one am very greatful!
