I really enjoyed attending PCC.BrightNursing
I really enjoyed attending PCC. The administration is very friendly, but the rules are strict. I did not see this as a bad thing because I went to college to learn and to get a quality education. That I did! I learned more than I ever thought was possible. The courses were very challenging, but after graduating,I found I was better prepared in my field than other new nurses with whom I was being hired.

I am not a "party girl"; therefore the amount and the quality of social interaction was agreeable with me. I preferred to hang out with friends and go to the beach. Those who want to bar hop and party in such ways would probably get kicked out of this college. The college is founded on Christian principles, and thus the rules are based.

The faculty is very helpful -- they take extra time to help those that struggle. I did not find that to be so at another college I attended. I found one professor/ instructor to appear condescending; however, I do not believe this was her intent. After I spent time with her, I changed my opinion -- she was brilliant and had a difficult time "dumming it down!"

I loved PCC, created many lasting friendships, and have been back to visit the campus on a few occassions. The campus is only becoming more beautiful and providing more assets to the students. The students have changed. It is true that they are not as friendly as once were; however, the vision of Dr. and Mrs. Horton still remains . . .to provide a Godly education in a Christ-centered environment. For my education and memories I will always be thankful!

Question
This is a wonderful Christian College.AverageBusiness - Management and Administration
This is a wonderful Christian College. Yes, they do have some great rules to keep you in line and able to live a moral, upstanding Christian lifestyle. These rules are not unbearable if you truely seek to live a lifestyle that is pleasing to God. Remember that although the rules may be extreme it is better to be more strict than to be to worldy and fall into temptation and sin that you will regret. It is an excellent place to receive your education if you are truely willing to seek Gods will in your life and willing to come under the submission of authority during this time of your life.
