The college experience contributed little to understanding the adjustments necessary and common in the rest of the world. The college environment seeks to insulate students to such a degree that life in general on the campus is a poor representation of general life off the campus. The academic education was appropriate in many regards, not stellar, yet average. This institution inevitably draws a particular group of people and some who are unaware of the educational and social atmosphere- I would recommend that those seeking a quality education, a normal social life and reasonable spiritual environment seek their education elsewhere.

“The training I received at PCC, both inComputer Science
The training I received at PCC, both in my major and in general, greatly helped me as I moved into the working world. I have kept in contact with my advisor at the college, and shared with them what is going on in the industry. From that, they updated their training programs to reflect what is needed in the field today. Yes, I had some issues with some of the rules, but due to my time at PCC, some of the rules have been updated to be more, well, realistic. I would still definitely recommend the school, and plan on sending my children there.

“College was totally beneficial.Education
College was totally beneficial. Everything I learned I have used. If I hadn't gone to this particular college I would be crippled in my experience and capability to teach anywhere. As a Freshman entering college I didn't know about some of the prerequisites for classes such as auditions for music classes. I would ask your faculty advisor and roommates about any prerequisites that would make your registration easier. It is always better to ask a question than to never ask it and to end up with a problem or a bad grade.
