THE GOOD: Close friends are developed here. Compared to other colleges/universities the food is excellent. Very structured. Many sports opportunities. Beautiful Campus appearance. SOME teachers are very helpful.

THE BAD: Appearance is everything here. Make sure you wear your clothes correctly and to rigid military-standards. You are judged by the words you say, the clothes you wear, your hairstyle, amount of "Christian Services" you go on and the music you listen to. You character is judged by the amound to demerits you retain. This was blatantly stated Neal Jackson, the Campus Church Pastor, this past month (Feb '08) in a message to the campus church (Please look it up--this is not lie or exaggeration). There is a huge focus on the outward appearance. Being a student for four years, I can tell you that Jackson's comment is completely false. I have seen very God-honoring students with many demerits for such things as accumulated missing "Room Job" (every morning you are inspected for a clean dorm room if you live in the Residence Halls), a few minutes late to class, forgetting an attendance card to a required college activity (which is almost every day to multiple times a day), and a myrid of other small infringements. On the other hand, I have known "bad" students that have gotten away with many things that the college would frown upon have close to zero demerits--they just were never caught and therefore deemed as students with good character. You may try and have a good attitude, and be positive, hovever, one must also be realistic. Everyone must as themselves if a "happy attitude" and a "PCC-like" appearance and ensamble smile is really the mark of a heart that is right before God. My point is obvious. I am not holding a grudge, I am just looking at this logically. True Christianity does not look at the outward appearance, but loves the individual. While the Bible clearly states that the outward actions often point to a heart issue, few actually take the time to help that person with their heart and instead write them up. Secondly, the Campus Church as claiming to be a Fundamental, Bible-Beliving Church does not meet the NT requirements of a local church. The church is controlled by the Administation and Student-Life department of the College. Speakers and Pastors are chosen and dismissed by the Admin. Dr. Lloyd Streeter was recently excused by the Administration because he was not willing to compromise his views of scripture.

Question
Rules? Yes - of course.Education
Rules? Yes - of course. I knew about them before I went down and I was willing to accept those rules for the time I was in college. Just like with most jobs, there were things that I did not necessarily agree with, but I was willing to deal with them (or suffer the known consequences). As one who was never a floorleader, never an ensemble member, and never one of the "chosen," I still came out of PCC with a great respect for the school. I enjoy going back and visiting. I did spend 2 years as a GA - but fortunately I was a married GA and it was not that bad. Yes, living on $900 a month is a bit tough - but the only bills we had were food, phone, gas, and a car - all of which we could afford at $900 a month. If you go - know what the rules are and decide before hand if you can deal with the rules. If you cannot deal with the fules - don't go!

Question
PCC is not a place forAverageMechanical Engineering
PCC is not a place for a person to go unless you are insane,or you want to be lied. The reason why I am saying that ,because All PCC's administration staff knows indeed that their college is not accreditated, and it will be impossible to transfer credits,it will bring about a lost of time and money .They do not mention it in any admission form. Why? Because They know for sure that students will not plan to attend PCC.What caracter could you give to those people who claim to be CHRISTIANS in capilal letter? So called"Christians",but they are not! Christians do not live by saying lies, eluding others. At PCC,they preach the parts in the Bible that they like. For instance, they do not praise the Lord as it is said in the Bible in Psalms 150.This passage says briefly:Praise him with the timbrel and dance;praise him with stringed instruments and flures,Praise with loud cymbals, clashing cymbals ect..When you go to the campus church there's nothing of that. It's not even allowed to say amen when someone is done singing a song for the glory of God.What is that? At PCC,there's no personal opinion,no choice ,there are only requirements. This place is more than a prison. It should be called:FFPP "FIRST FEDERAL PRISON IN PENSACOLA".
