If you are looking for an all aroundQuite BrightEnglish
If you are looking for an all around college experience than The Florida State University is for you. There are large libraries, one of the best Greek systems in the nation, a various amount of clubs, and I have experienced that the faculty are always willing to make time for their students. I enjoyed my time spent at Florida State and have really become something more than what I was before I was admitted. In the end, you need to make the best of whatever opportunities present themselves at any college or you will be destined to feel unsatisfied.

Question
Florida State University is nothing but a swarmQuite BrightArchitecture
Florida State University is nothing but a swarm of unmotivated, drunken, sloppy idiots..both IN and out of the classroom. If you're looking to get out of high school, DON'T come to FSU. Greek life may seem appealing, but the reality behind the facade is a bunch of egotistical assholes with excessively gelled hair and narcissistic bitches always snorting coke to keep a good body image, a body image that is more important to them than their actual studies and future. The faculty is good, there are some pretty dope teachers that love what they're doing and are good at it as well, but the student body doesn't live up to this kind of charisma. The only smart people I've met at FSU have been faculty members. Being the eye of greek and social life for about a year I've met hundreds of people, but none of who can keep up with an intellectual conversation. As for the campus itself, only the medicine, chemistry, and psychology buildings are nice. Everything else is somewhat slum-like. Sometimes I forget what campus I'm at because the eastern side is so much shittier than the western. The eastern side consists of buildings from the fucking early 1900's while the western was just built in 2007. Lastly, the surrounding area at Florida State reminds me of the ghetto. There are reports of gun shots at least once a week, not to mention "Frenchtown" (the bronx of tallahassee) is right across the street from the campus. Don't let the "capital" throw you off.
