Bel-rea is a great school, but before you decide to come here you need to visit the school more than once and see if it is really for you. It's a small private school, yet the best of its kind but to often I have seen it can be misleading on what you expect. Oh and if you are told buying food through them is keeper. Wrong answer go to petsmart or petco fpr science diet.

I think Bel-rea is an outstanding school.Quite BrightPreVet and Veterinary
I think Bel-rea is an outstanding school. I've read the comment on this page am am disgusted with all the crap people talk about.for one at orientation they tell students Bel-rea is not the school to come to if you plan to go to vet school because your credits do not transfer because thats what they said to me.Besides that I find the classes to be challanging and worth my time. the only things I would change is make the school bigger or not let so many students in each quarter. I find the classes to be cramped and I think that the students that started at earlier dates should have their pick of classes first then give whats left over to others. The school bought the house next door when the old lady dies, and I think that with all the extra space we have there is plenty of room to expand. There is a giant pasture for the horses to be in and maybe to bring some other farm animals as well why don't they use it? For the 18,00+ I paid to come here I think we should have a right to express our concerns. And since they are so gongho about money if they make it bigger the more money they can bring in. I always wondered how much they pay the instructors here? Its big bucks I can say that with the cars I see them driving.anyways I've expressed my thoughts both good and bad. I think Bel-rea is awsome and do consider it still to be one of the best vet tech schools in the US.

Question
Bel_Rea is a place where you need toBrightAnimal Studies
Bel_Rea is a place where you need to be mature and have your life in order before attending. If you come out here thinking that you are all that and that you can party every night and get drunk...well you are wrong. If you have your priorities in line then you may not have any kind of social like what so ever. Bel-Rea does everything in its power to make the school and nice, comfortable, safe learning place. The information is a lot and you wil have 4 or 5 tests in one week, but you are able to do .

I think for what they ask for tuition is completely reasonable looking at all the things that we get during the program. You get a life long knowledge about animals, you get to look first hand on your own microscope what all the parasites and bacteria look like. When learning how to bandage and aid animals in need, the teachers offer to let students bring in their animals and you get to practice on your own animals. I find nothing wrong with the school . I beleive there could be a better cafeteria system since students are usually at school all day long, but it has a coffee shop and that is very important.

Student loans are very easy to get these days. I was approved in 10 minutes. Most of the interests on the loans are not that bad and the companies are more than willing to bend over backward for you. Bel-Rea is nation reknown and if you have any doubts going to this school just look at what else you would really want to do and make your decision that way.
